Commercial Manager

Introduction
Are you a commercially driven professional who thrives on building strong partnerships and turning strategy into growth? At Cygnific, we are looking for a Commercial Manager who will play a key role in expanding our portfolio by acquiring new clients.
Your role
As Commercial Manager, you realise our growth ambitions by contracting new brands within the Cygnific portfolio. In close cooperation with the Director Business Development, Technology & Brands and the Manager Brands, you develop, implement, and execute our commercial strategy, leading to the acquisition of new brands.
Commercial strategy
You develop strong value propositions in co-creation with internal stakeholders, aligned with our mission and vision. You actively manage the sales funnel and mobilise both your own network and Cygnific’s internal commercial network.
Marketing
You increase Cygnific’s external visibility and position us as the partner in Customer Experience Operations. You create brand awareness by translating commercial activities into a clear marketing and communication strategy and provide clear briefings to support our value propositions.
Sales
You acquire new third-party business that fits Cygnific’s core values and positioning. You manage the full sales funnel, from lead generation to contracting, while maintaining strong relationships with prospective customers. You drive Cygnific’s participation in bids, RFIs, and RFPs.
What do you bring
University thinking and working level.
A proven track record in winning trust, building relationships, and successfully closing sales deals.
Experience in a commercial and service-oriented business environment.
A good understanding of the customer contact sector, including its business rationale and pricing models.
Affinity with Customer Contact Centres and a strong passion for Customer Experience.
Fluency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
An extravert personality with strong connection skills.
You combine these with the ability to make impact, build and maintain strong relationships, exercise sound judgement, navigate organisational dynamics, translate vision into strategy, remain customer- and result-oriented, think creatively, and communicate effectively by asking the right questions to be more than just a partner.
What do we offer you
A salary range between €5600 - €6600 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week);
A one-year contract with the prospect of long-term collaboration;
25 vacation days based on full-time employment;
Hybrid working;
Travel allowance (€0.19 per km, max. 50 km one way) or full reimbursement of public transport with an NS Business Card;
Work-from-home allowance of €2.45 per day;
Holiday allowance, festive end-of-year bonus, pension plan, bicycle plan, and the opportunity to enjoy discounted KLM flights after one year of employment (these benefits are offered at KLM’s discretion and may be subject to change);
Working from abroad (max. 3 times per year for 4 weeks, after completion of the trial period; specific rules apply);
