Are you passionate about creating engaging events and ensuring smooth facility operations? As our Senior Coordinator Events & Facility Services, you’ll be the driving force behind company-wide events and the daily coordination of our facility services, making sure everything runs seamlessly while supporting a vibrant, connected culture at Cygnific.

In this dynamic role, you’ll manage the end-to-end process of all corporate events and ensure our facilities operate at the highest standard, reflecting our values of collaboration, service, and continuous improvement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As our temporary Senior Coordinator Events & Facility Services, you’ll work closely with the Manager General Affairs and guide the General Affairs team to deliver exceptional service across events and facility operations. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Corporate Event Planning & Execution

  • Daily Facility Operations

  • Health & Safety (BHV) Coordination

  • Procurement & Budget Management

  • Administration & Internal Coordination

  • Project & General Support

  • Continuous Improvement

OUR OFFER

  • A temporary contract of approximately 5 months.

  • 32-40 hours per week.

  • A competitive hourly salary between EUR20-28 (Freelance/contractor rates are available upon request).

  • A vibrant and international office environment in Amsterdam (near Westerpark).

  • A flexible working model, with most time spent on-site in Amsterdam.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION

  • Higher vocational education (HBO) level of thinking and working.

  • Proven experience in organizing corporate events.

  • Experience in facility services and vendor negotiations is preferred.

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office; comfortable using digital tools and systems.

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus.

  • Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
