Your Flight Plan
As an HR Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for management on all HR-related issues. You'll play a crucial role in executing, monitoring, and adjusting Cygnific’s HR policy, processes, and support, always in line with our company strategy and social law. Your mission is to ensure our colleagues are set up for success, both now and in the future. To meet the qualitative and quantitative requirements of the company.
You're not just behind the policies – you're on the front lines, advising on everything from complex cases to labour conditions and personnel administration. You'll also be a key player in fostering team and individual development and driving continuous improvement in our HR processes. You’ll be part of a team of dedicated HR professionals, including an HR Director, HR Managers, and another HR Advisor. Together, you bring a wide range of expertise to the table. Alongside your fellow HR Advisor, you’ll divide your focus across the various departments within the organisation, ensuring each team receives the HR support it needs.
Your Core Missions
Management Advice & Support: Monitor HR developments (internal and external) to provide expert advice and support to management on all HR-related issues.
Labour Conditions: Clearly and consistently inform and advise management and staff on labour conditions to effectively retain, motivate, reward, correct, and, when necessary, discharge staff in line with company policies.
Personnel Administration: Ensure timely and accurate personnel administration to meet legal requirements, safeguard the reliable execution of our HR policy, and produce relevant management information.
Change: Advise management on team and individual development to ensure a flexible, efficient, and effective workforce aligned with our company goals.
Programs & Projects: Define and ensure the execution and implementation of HR projects and activities (e.g. life events, onboarding, etc.) so that our HR instruments contribute most effectively and efficiently to organizational needs.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and address process malfunctions and propose actionable improvements.
Our Offer
A salary of €4.000 – €5.000 gross per month based on 40 hours per week.
A one-year contract with the prospect of a long-term collaboration.
25 vacation days based on a full-time contract.
Hybrid working model.
Travel allowance of €0.19/km (max. 50 km one way) or full reimbursement of public transport with an NS Business Card.
Work from home allowance of €2.40 per day.
Holiday allowance, year-end bonus, pension plan, bicycle plan, and discounts on KLM flight tickets after one year through a so-called ISA regulation.

What You Bring On Board
HBO/WO level of thinking and working, preferably in Personnel & Organisation.
2-4 years of experience in an HR position within a commercial and service-oriented environment.
Experience with advising and mediating
Operational HR experience.
Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English (written & spoken).
